شروط الاستخدام
باستخدام شوف ستريم، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1. طبيعة الخدمة
شوف ستريم مشغّل IPTV ووسائط يتيح للمستخدم إضافة وتنظيم وتشغيل مصادره الخاصة. لا نستضيف أو نوفر أو نبيع القنوات أو الأفلام أو المسلسلات أو قوائم IPTV.
2. مسؤولية المستخدم والمحتوى القانوني
أنت مسؤول وحدك عن المصادر والقوائم وبيانات الدخول التي تضيفها، ويجب أن تملك الحقوق أو التصاريح القانونية اللازمة للوصول إلى المحتوى واستخدامه. يُحظر استخدام التطبيق لانتهاك حقوق النشر أو أي قانون.
3. الحساب والأمان
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على سرية بيانات حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الصادر من حسابك أو جهازك، وعليك إبلاغنا عند الاشتباه باستخدام غير مصرح به.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة، محاولة تجاوز الحماية، تعطيل البنية التحتية، الوصول غير المصرح به، نشر برمجيات ضارة، أو استخدام الخدمة في الاحتيال أو نشاط غير قانوني.
5. الاشتراكات والمشتريات
تتم الاشتراكات المدفوعة من خلال Apple وتخضع أيضًا لشروطها. تدير Apple الفوترة والإلغاء والاسترداد. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك من إعدادات Apple ID. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ وفق شروط Apple قبل موعد التجديد.
6. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
تعتمد جودة وتوفر التشغيل على مزود IPTV واتصال الإنترنت والجهاز وخدمات أخرى خارجة عن سيطرتنا. لا نضمن توفر أي قناة أو مصدر أو توافق كل خادم.
7. الملكية الفكرية
اسم شوف ستريم وتصميمه وبرمجياته ومكوناته الأصلية محمية. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط أي حق في نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو إعادة توزيعه أو إنشاء نسخة مشتقة منه، باستثناء ما يسمح به القانون.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، دون ضمان تشغيل متواصل أو خالٍ من الأخطاء. لا نتحمل مسؤولية المحتوى الخارجي أو فقدان الوصول بسبب مزودك.
9. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية أو خسارة البيانات أو الأرباح الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذر استخدامها.
10. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يجوز لنا تقييد أو إنهاء الوصول عند انتهاك هذه الشروط، إساءة الاستخدام، المخاطر الأمنية، أو المتطلبات القانونية. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
11. التغييرات
قد نحدّث الخدمة أو هذه الشروط. استمرار استخدامك بعد سريان التحديث يعني قبول الشروط المحدثة بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

Terms of Use
By using Shoof Stream, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Nature of the Service
Shoof Stream is an IPTV and media player that lets users add, organize, and play their own sources. We do not host, provide, or sell channels, movies, series, or IPTV playlists.
2. User Responsibility and Lawful Content
You are solely responsible for the sources, playlists, and credentials you add and must have the legal rights or permission needed to access and use the content. The app may not be used to infringe copyright or violate any law.
3. Account and Security
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity from your account or device and must notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, bypass safeguards, disrupt infrastructure, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage your subscription in Apple ID settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under Apple’s terms before renewal.
6. Third-Party Services
Playback quality and availability depend on your IPTV provider, internet connection, device, and services outside our control. We do not guarantee the availability of any channel or source or compatibility with every server.
7. Intellectual Property
The Shoof Stream name, design, software, and original components are protected. These Terms do not give you the right to copy, sell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the app except where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for external content or loss of access caused by your provider.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or loss of data or profits arising from use of or inability to use the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
11. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
